Job Details In search of a highly motivated Sous Chefs to join the opening team of the new, Design District location of a proven, critically acclaimed Japanese restaurant concept from New York. Nami Nori is the first to specialize in open-style sushi hand rolls in New York City. Our mission is to create a world-wide devoted fan following for temaki through “omotenashi”, the Japanese art of gracious hospitality.
